Unfortunately, you will have to contact Singer for this CD or contact the person you purchased the machine from to see if they might have it.

RE: Singer Futura CE-150, I NEED HELP!!!

Hi,
I just bought a used Singer Futura CE-100but didn't realize it didn't have its original install cd with it... Does anyone know where I can get one.
I can't afford Singers price. I am on a limited income.
I don't know if I could use a copy of one. I understood that you had to have a 'key' to unlock for usage. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Looking for a upper thread tensioner cover for a ce200. Can you help?
I cannot find one and Singer no longer carries it.

I also have a Singer CE150 and it has not worked properly since the day I bought it. First the feed dogs would not lower for embroidery then I always got an error message that the thread is broken (both with the embroidery & regular sewing. I have taken lessons & taken it in for service to no avail. It is now packed in its box until I decide how to dispose of it! I now have 2 Husqvarna Viking Scandinavia 300 Embroidery Machines (for 20 months now) and have never had any problems with these machines. I only do 4x4 designs and these small machines are perfect. Good luck with your Singer!

I too have had this problem, my would not even embroider the sample, gets half way through design and stops, did this from day one, what a waste.

You-tube has wonderful videos that helped me learn how to use my machine features.

If you do not have the thread exactly correct going through all the guides, you will get the broken thread error.
I suggest you re-thread the machine being very exact about pulling thread through the guides.

I believe this machine uses a USB cord to transfer designs to the machine. So you would download designs from our website, save them to your computer, open in your software and transfer them to the machine. Singer has an instruction manual online that probably describes the process further - http://www.singerco.com/accessories/instruction-manuals/search?man_model_no=CE15...

I need help as well. I have a CE-150 and I keep getting the #22 error message "machine is locked up due to thread entangled with bobbin case or rotation interrupted forcibly" and there is NOTHING wrong that I can figure out. The machine won't even make the first stitch in embroidery mode. Regular sewing mode works fine. Please advise!

I just bought the ce 150 used on craigslist from a wonderful lady, but she didn't have the start up disc. She's looked high and low and can't find it. Does anyone have one to share? I can only sew on it at the moment and the $100 replacement cost for it is just not in the cards for me at the moment. THANKS!!

Hi my machine had the same problem, at the end it was a very small piece of tread that was stuck in the tread guide nr1, but you can't see it if you look trough the clear plastic you need to use a light, after i removed it my machince was working fine
